INGEENIUM TANKY (Cleaning modular Robot suitable for ATEX 0 areas)
INGEENIUM TANKY is a modular integrated robot certified robot up to ATEX zone 0 created for cleaning confined areas through three main functions:
Vaporization of chemical product,
Washing with high pressure water,
· Suction of the result of cleaning operations.
INGEENIUM TANKY robot is an integrated modular system that allows you to have different types of systems with integrated modular solutions that are mounted on a single and easily adaptable module and all working conditions.
The structure is made with a robust handling system and can be equipped with multiple integrated vision systems connected to the network: no more problems of viewing the area in which you work, through a simple and modifiable interface it is possible to view up to 6 images simultaneously.
The ATEX INGEENIUM TANKY version is composed of an AISI304 stainless steel structure, with tracks in dissipative material and a telescopic arm equipped with rotating nozzles for high pressure water for cleaning the surfaces of underground tanks.
The results of the cleaning operations are then removed through the suction system of the machine connected to the combined equipment (which must be ATEX certified).
The INGEENIUM TANKY system can be equipped with tank condition analysis systems, gas and liquid analyzers for absolute worker safety.
